It’s important to remember that the United States Postal Service (USPS) is a federal agency too, so any time you have an order coming via USPS Priority Mail or Basic Ground Shipping, it’ll be delayed if it is supposed to ship on or around any of these holidays.

- We provide free shipping within the U.S. on retail orders over $75.00. Retail customers will have the option to choose another shipping method upon checkout at an additional cost.
When Will Your Order Be Shipped
- As soon as an order is placed on our website our shipping department gets notified and your order is added in queue. You can expect efficient shipping and order processing from us, every order is shipped within 24 to 48 hours.
- Returns & Replacements
- The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances, period.
- E-Liquid (purchased either in the starter kit or separately) – These products are a consumable goods and therefore it cannot be returned. Flavor of liquid is subjective based on individuals who are using it. Returning these items would be unsanitary for our facility.
- Atomizers – These products are also consumable goods and therefore they cannot be returned.
- Cartomizers – These products are disposable/consumable goods and therefore it cannot be returned.
- Cartridges – These products are disposable/consumable goods and therefore it cannot be returned.
- Drip Tips – Due to sanitary reasons, this product cannot be returned. Due to product design, these are very rarely faulty.
Limited Warranty (accessories) If within 30 days from the date of purchase, your (any battery unit only) fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, Premium eJuice USA, LLC will replace it free of charge for a period not to exceed 30 days. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser, residing in the United States, and is not transferable. You must contact us before returning any battery or accessories, we will need to approve the return. You will be asked to provide detailed information about the issue with the product. Once we approve the return, you will need to send it back to us within 30 Days of purchase.
